Central PA Swing Dance Club

I’m working on learning the shim sham and didn’t know which version of the shim sham song the green door uses… i would like to find it so that i can practice.

any help is greatly appreciated!

The version of the Shim Sham Song is by Bill Elliot Swing Orchestra and it is on the Album - “Swingin’ the Century”.  I believe the disc is out of print and can be very hard to find and can be very pricey if you do.  . .. . You can do the Shim Sham to many different songs.  The most common ones I know of are “Tuxedo Junction” (by Erskine Hawkins) and “Mister Ghost Goes to town” (Tommy Dorsey).  Hope this helps.
