Rob started swing dancing around the turn of the century, and he knew that Lindy Hop would forever be his first love after a workshop weekend with Frankie Manning in 2001. He has shared his love of jazz, blues, and soul with his fellow swing dancers as a DJ and sound man at dances and events throughout the US, as well as volunteering with several swing dance non-profits.

Rob's love for music is as broad as it is deep, so it's no surprise that he also enjoys West Coast Swing and several other styles of dance. Over the years, he's placed in Lindy and WCS competitions at events like New Year's Dance Extravaganza, Boston Tea Party, Swingin' New England, and American Lindy Hop Championships. But he is most proud of having taught hundreds of people their first swing dance lesson!
