President / Instruction

Laura always wanted to learn how to dance but did not have an opportunity until college when a friend taught her the basics of East Coast Swing. She found the Green Door in 2017 and has since learned West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Charleston, and Country Two Step. Laura joined the volunteer instructor team in 2018. When she’s not dancing, Laura enjoys reading, baking, and watching sci-fi shows.  Laura manages the Green Door's teaching schedule, works with our instruction team, and schedules private lessons.
